Position Overview

We are seeking a

Housekeeping Executive

who will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort throughout the resort. This role involves supervising the housekeeping team, maintaining inventory, and upholding resort service standards to create a welcoming and refreshing environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily housekeeping operations including room cleaning, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces. Inspect guest rooms and resort premises to ensure they meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards. Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver excellent service. Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams for smooth room turnovers and guest requests. Maintain housekeeping inventory and ensure proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment. Prepare duty rosters, allocate tasks, and monitor staff performance. Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitization protocols. Assist in planning and executing deep-cleaning schedules. Support in cost control and minimizing wastage while maintaining service quality.
