We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Executive to oversee the housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance in all areas of the property and lead a team of housekeeping staff.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards.
Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely cleaning and maintenance.
Manage housekeeping staff schedules, training, and performance.
Handle inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Address guest or client complaints regarding housekeeping promptly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Executive or similar role in hospitality or facilities management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and equipment.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience: 2-5 years
