The Housekeeping Executive is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance of the hotel's guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
2. Room Preparation: Ensure guest rooms are cleaned, maintained, and prepared to the highest standards.
3. Public Area Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and amenities.
4. Inventory Management: Manage housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
5. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
6. Guest Satisfaction: Respond to guest complaints and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
7. Cost Control: Monitor and control housekeeping costs, including labor, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements:
1. Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar establishment.
