We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Housekeeping Executive
to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and a hands-on approach to maintaining operational excellence.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
Assign duties, monitor performance, and inspect completed work to maintain brand and quality standards.
Coordinate with the Front Office for room status updates and guest requirements.
Address guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver consistent and efficient service.
Manage inventory and control usage of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities.
Conduct regular room and area inspections to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards.
Liaise with Maintenance for timely repair and upkeep of rooms and equipment.
Maintain accurate records and prepare daily housekeeping reports.
Ensure compliance with departmental policies, safety regulations, and brand SOPs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 2-4 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
