Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge on guest handling and queries .
Ensure the hotel, rooms, and common areas are clean and presentable.
Report maintenance issues or damages to the concerned department immediately.
Handle guest requests.
Patience & team coordination is very important.
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out.
Requirements:
Basic communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada).
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and guest-oriented.
Honest, hardworking & ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
