We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented
Housekeeping Executive
to oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic upkeep of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the housekeeping team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring that all areas of the property are well-maintained. This position is crucial in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests or residents.
Key Responsibilities
:
Daily Operations
: Oversee daily cleaning operations, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry services.
Quality Control
: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
Inventory Management
: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and replacement as needed.
Collaboration
: Work closely with the Front Office and Maintenance departments to address any guest needs and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
:
Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals, procedures, and equipment.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or large facility environment.
