The Housekeeping Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in the hotel. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Room Cleaning: Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards.
2. Public Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and amenities.
3. Laundry: Collect, sort, and deliver linens to designated areas.
4. Supply Management: Restock cleaning supplies and amenities as needed.
5. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and report any issues with cleaning equipment.
Requirements:
1. Education: Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
2. Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar establishment desirable.
3. Skills: Attention to detail, physical stamina, and ability to work independently.
