The Housekeeping Executive is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the office premises. This includes ensuring all work areas, meeting rooms, and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and presentable for staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, restrooms, pantry, and common areas.
Ensure proper disposal of garbage.
Refill and maintain stock of cleaning materials, toiletries, and pantry supplies.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
Support pantry services--serving water/tea/coffee to staff and guests as required.
Prepare meeting rooms before client visits and events.
Follow hygiene and safety protocols as per company standards.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Admin/Office Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1-3 years of housekeeping experience (office, facility maintenance preferred).
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
Punctual, reliable, and detail oriented.
Polite and professional behavior, especially in client-facing environments.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
