Job Description

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and assigned resort areas according to established standards. Change bed linens, replenish towels, restock amenities, and ensure all rooms are well-presented. Perform daily cleaning of public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restaurants, poolside, and restrooms. Handle laundry services (guest laundry, linens, uniforms) as per assigned duties. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. Ensure proper use of housekeeping equipment, chemicals, and supplies while following safety guidelines. Follow established cleaning schedules, checklists, and special project assignments. Respect guest privacy and handle belongings with care while adhering to "Do Not Disturb" policies. Maintain high standards of personal grooming, uniform, and professional behavior. Support in set-up for special events, VIP guest rooms, or deep cleaning tasks. Work in coordination with other departments (Front Office, Maintenance, F&B) to deliver seamless guest service.
