Salary: ?18,000 - ?22,000 (based on experience)

Location: VITS Select Bengaluru

Key responsibilities

Room cleaning and sanitation:

Dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and ensuring rooms are spotless for new guests.

Bed making:

Changing linens, pillowcases, and blankets to prepare rooms for occupancy.

Restocking supplies:

Replenishing guest rooms with amenities like toiletries, towels, and items from the minibar.

Public area upkeep:

Maintaining the cleanliness of public spaces such as the lobby and hallways.

Maintenance and safety:

Checking for and reporting any technical, safety, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Guest services:

Responding to guest requests and questions to ensure a pleasant stay.

Inventory management:

Keeping housekeeping carts stocked and organized.

Required skills and qualities

Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A professional attitude and good communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
