Core Duties

Room Cleaning & Maintenance

: Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies; change linens and towels; replenish amenities.

Public Area Upkeep

: Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, corridors, lounges, and recreational areas.

Laundry Services

: Handle washing, drying, ironing, and distribution of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.

Inventory Management

: Track and manage cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
Guest-Facing Responsibilities

Turndown Service

: Provide evening room refresh with fresh towels, dimmed lights, and bed preparation.

Lost & Found Handling

: Secure and log items left behind by guests and assist in their return.

Special Requests

: Respond to guest needs like extra pillows, baby cots, or cleaning at specific times.
Coordination & Reporting

Maintenance Reporting

: Identify and report issues like broken fixtures, leaks, or malfunctioning appliances.

Room Status Updates

: Communicate room readiness and cleaning status to the front desk.

Safety & Hygiene Compliance

: Follow protocols for sanitation, especially in high-touch areas and during health crises.
