The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderly environments across office premises, common areas, and assigned work zones. The role ensures a safe and pleasant workplace for employees, clients, and visitors.
2. Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning of office spaces, corridors, meeting rooms, washrooms, and pantry areas.
Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize all designated areas as per company standards.
Ensure washrooms are clean, well-stocked, and hygienic throughout the day.
Handle waste disposal and segregation responsibly.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any damages to the Facility/Admin team.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms, furniture, and other setups when required.
Follow safety and hygiene protocols strictly.
Support office staff during events or special activities.
Ensure prompt attention to housekeeping-related complaints or requests.
3. Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of cleaning practices and hygiene standards.
Ability to handle cleaning tools and equipment safely.
Basic understanding of housekeeping chemicals (preferred).
Time management and ability to follow schedules.
Positive attitude and disciplined work approach.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
