Cleaning and Sanitizing:

This includes tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces in guest rooms and public spaces like lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.

Restocking Supplies:

Associates ensure that guest rooms are adequately stocked with amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens.

Bed Making and Linen Changing:

They change bed linens and make beds according to hotel standards.

Responding to Guest Requests:

This includes addressing requests for extra towels, pillows, or other items.

Reporting Maintenance Issues:

They identify and report any maintenance problems or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Maintaining Equipment and Supplies:

Housekeeping associates are responsible for keeping cleaning equipment and supplies organized and in good working order.

Ensuring Compliance with Standards:

Laundry Duties:
