Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms according to housekeeping standards.
Make beds, change linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies.
Inspect room condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Ensure prompt completion of room assignments within shift timelines.
Guest Interaction & Service
Greet guests courteously and assist with basic queries.
Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or cleaning services promptly.
Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.
Inventory & Supplies
Manage housekeeping trolleys and ensure they are fully stocked.
Use cleaning materials and equipment efficiently and safely.
Report shortages of linen, amenities, or cleaning supplies to the supervisor.
Safety & Hygiene
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols as per resort standards.
Handle chemicals responsibly and comply with Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) guidelines.
Report any unsafe conditions, hazards, or accidents immediately.
Operational Support
Assist with laundry operations when required.
Participate in deep cleaning schedules, festival cleaning, and special housekeeping projects.
Coordinate with Front Office for room status updates.
