Job Description

Courtside is looking for Housekeeping Associates to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our restaurant, wellness club, and Padel court facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment -- from our dining spaces to locker rooms and play areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas -- including restaurant floors, restrooms, wellness spaces, and Padel courts. Ensure that changing rooms, shower areas, and lockers are cleaned, stocked, and maintained throughout the day. Keep dining areas, furniture, and outdoor spaces tidy and presentable at all times. Handle cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly and report any maintenance or safety issues immediately. Follow all cleaning schedules and hygiene standards as per company SOPs. Support the team in setting up or resetting spaces for service, events, and guest activities. Maintain cleanliness in staff areas and storage spaces. Be polite, professional, and helpful when interacting with guests and colleagues.

Prerequisites:

Prior experience in housekeeping, gym/spa upkeep, or restaurant maintenance preferred. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, as per operational needs.
