Duties and Responsibilities:

Cleaning:

Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and polish all assigned areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

Sanitation:

Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and other surfaces.

Bed Making:

Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are tidy.

Replenishing Supplies:

Restock toiletries, towels, and other necessary amenities for guests.

Waste Removal:

Collect and dispose of trash from rooms and common areas.

Maintenance Reporting:

Report any maintenance needs, safety hazards, or damage to management.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Guest Service:

Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing concerns or requests promptly and professionally.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all health, safety, and company guidelines.

Equipment Use:

Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment.

Laundry:

Assist with laundry and ironing of linens and clothes as needed.

Required Skills:

Attention to Detail:

Ability to notice and address even minor cleanliness issues.

Physical Stamina:

Capable of performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods.

Time Management:

Efficiently manage time to complete all assigned tasks within shifts.

Teamwork:

Ability to collaborate effectively with other housekeepers and staff.

Customer Service:

Good communication skills to interact with guests and provide assistance.

Qualifications/Experience:

Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role (mention if required). Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
