1-5 years hotel housekeeping & guest-facing duties
Responsibilities:
Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
Handle laundry & linen changes
Maintain cleaning supplies and report shortages
Assist team during busy hours
Welcome guests politely on arrival
Assist with simple check-in/check-out process (register/WhatsApp/keys)
Provide basic information about rooms and facilities
Pass on guest requests/issues to the manager or reception support
This is a boutique hotel setup, so we are looking for flexible, multitalented staff who can manage both housekeeping and basic guest support duties.
