Job Description

Cleaning

: Perform general cleaning tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds

Customer service

: Respond to guest requests, and assist guests when needed

Safety and sanitation

: Follow safety and sanitation policies, and adhere to health and safety regulations

Inventory

: Maintain an inventory of supplies, and order more when needed

Training

: Train new staff members, and ensure they understand and follow procedures

Equipment maintenance

: Ensure laundry equipment is functioning properly, and coordinate with maintenance

Stock replenishment

: Replenish supplies like cleaning products, linens, and guest supplies

Lost and found

: Turn in any lost or found items to the proper authorities

Turndown service

: Provide turndown service and second service in the evening

Additional duties

: Assist other departments when needed, and perform other duties as assigned
