Job Description

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned areas. They must adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and safety while providing excellent customer service.


Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming floors. Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms. Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. Provide excellent customer service to guests. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Assist with laundry duties as needed. * Adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
