Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented

Housekeeping Associate

to maintain the elegance, cleanliness, and unique charm of this heritage property. The ideal candidate will deliver thoughtful and attentive guest service while preserving the hotel's tranquil environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain impeccable cleanliness and orderliness across guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces Adhere to brand standards for preparation, turn-down services, and presentation Handle guest requests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring comfort and satisfaction Replenish room amenities and ensure they reflect the heritage and aesthetic of the property Manage delicate care of historic fixtures, antique furnishings, and high-end materials Collaborate with engineering and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences Assist in laundry handling, provision inventory, and proper use of cleaning equipment Uphold hygiene, safety, and environmental standards in all housekeeping tasks

Candidate Requirements

1-2 years of housekeeping experience in luxury or boutique properties Keen attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high standards Polished, discreet service style that suits a heritage boutique environment Respect for cultural heritage and sensitivity with historical decor Flexibility to perform physically demanding tasks and adapt to changing guest needs Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach Comfortable working in the tranquil rural setting of South Goa
