Job Opening: House Keeping

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

CTC: 12 to 15k

Duty: 10-6.30, Mon - Fri

Education: Matriculation / HS

Gender: Male / Female both

Exp - Experience in Blast Furnance Handling of 3 to 6 years

Key Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:1. Cleaning & Maintenance

Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and other work areas. Make beds, replace linens, and replenish guest supplies. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces. Sanitize bathrooms, showers, toilets, and fixtures. Dust and polish furniture and fittings. Dispose of trash and recycling materials properly.

2. Room Preparation

Check room status and prepare rooms for new guests. Replace amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, water bottles, etc.). Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor. Ensure rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards.

3. Equipment Handling

Operate cleaning equipment safely and properly (vacuum cleaner, floor polisher, etc.). Maintain cleaning tools and supplies in good working condition.

4. Safety & Compliance

Follow company policies, safety, and sanitation standards. Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly. Follow proper procedures for handling laundry and linens.

5. Teamwork & Communication

Cooperate with other housekeeping staff and departments. Report lost and found items immediately. Attend daily briefings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial work (1-2 years preferred). Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods. Basic communication skills (English or local language).
