Housekeeping requirements involve a range of cleaning tasks like

. Cleaning and sanitizing

Floors:

Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and carpets.

Surfaces:

Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.

Bathrooms:

Clean and sanitize bathrooms and restrooms.

Other areas:

Clean windows, walls, and common areas.
Room and linen management

Make beds and change linens and towels as needed. Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and toilet paper. Assist with laundry, including washing, drying, and folding.
Maintenance and reporting

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Report any property damage or lost and found items. Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies.
Safety and compliance

Adhere to all health, safety, and company guidelines and protocols. Ensure the proper and safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Maintain guest security and privacy.
