Job Summary:

Altruist Group of Hotels is seeking a dedicated and hardworking

Houseman

to support our housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our hotel premises. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in housekeeping or related roles, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist housekeeping staff with the daily cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas Collect and deliver linen, towels, and other supplies to and from housekeeping storage Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas such as service corridors and storage rooms Handle guest requests promptly and professionally Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor Follow hotel standards and procedures for health, safety, and hygiene Support other departments when required to ensure overall guest satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in housekeeping or similar roles Physically fit and able to handle lifting, moving, and long hours on foot Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and equipment
