Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and hygiene-focused

Housekeeping Staff

to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall hygiene standards at Souffle Gourmet Cafe. The role is essential in creating a pleasant, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure daily cleaning of cafe premises including dining area, kitchen surroundings, washrooms, store rooms, and staff areas Maintain high standards of hygiene as per food safety norms Clean tables, chairs, floors, glass surfaces, and entry areas regularly Assist in waste collection, segregation, and proper disposal Refill washroom supplies (tissues, handwash, sanitizers, etc.) Support staff during peak hours for quick cleaning and upkeep Report any maintenance or hygiene-related issues to the Cafe Manager Follow safety, cleanliness, and company SOPs at all times

Requirements & Skills

Minimum education: Not mandatory Experience in housekeeping (hotel / cafe / restaurant preferred) Knowledge of basic cleaning chemicals and equipment Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Honest, punctual, and disciplined Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions

Shift-based working hours Fast-paced cafe environment Uniform and basic training will be provided

Preferred Candidate

Local candidate from Vasai / nearby areas Experience in cafe or hospitality industry is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
