Job Description

Responsibilities



1. Room Cleaning & Maintenance



Clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms to the highest standards Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a spotless environment

2. Public Area Upkeep



Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in lobbies, corridors, and common areas Ensure all guest-facing spaces remain tidy, pleasant, and welcoming

3. Laundry & Linen Care



Wash, iron, and fold linens and towels Ensure timely delivery of fresh linens to all guest rooms

4. Inventory & Supplies



Monitor housekeeping supplies and restock as required Report low inventory or maintenance issues to the supervisor

5. Guest Service



Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests Maintain professionalism and hospitality in every interaction

6. Health & Safety



Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols Report any damages, hazards, or maintenance concerns immediately

Qualifications & Skills



Minimum

1 year of housekeeping experience

in the hospitality industry Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Good communication and time management skills Team player with a positive attitude Physically fit to perform cleaning duties and operate equipment
