Key Responsibilities
1. Cleaning & Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, pantry, packaging area, and office spaces.
Dust, mop, sweep, and sanitize floors, counters, and equipment daily.
Clean and disinfect workstations, shelves, and storage areas regularly.
Manage waste disposal responsibly and ensure recycling practices are followed.
2. Support for Operations:
Assist the operations and production teams with basic cleaning during shift changes.
Refill supplies such as handwash, sanitizer, tissue rolls, and cleaning materials.
Help in keeping the work environment organized -- ensuring all areas are clutter-free.
3. Hygiene & Safety:
Follow proper hygiene protocols and food safety standards as per company guidelines.
Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
Support with routine deep-cleaning schedules.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles (F&B or hospitality preferred).
Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
Reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
Physically fit and able to handle cleaning equipment and materials.
Positive attitude and willingness to support a team-driven environment.
