Job Brief

We're looking for a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Aide to join our team. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, contributing to a positive and comfortable environment for our guests.

The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces Change bed linens and towels, make beds, and ensure rooms are well-stocked with amenities Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner Assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpet shampooing and window washing Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Assist with special cleaning projects and requests from guests or management Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in all areas

Requirements and Skills

Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is a plus Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and efficiently Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts High school diploma or equivalent Integrity and a customer-focused mindset

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
