Job Overview

We are looking for a candidate who can maintain the upkeep of the property, rooms and manage the inventory of the Housekeeping stores and Linen Room. The candidate must ensure that the regular cleaning activities of the banquet hall, guest rooms and dining hall are cleaned after every event and during an event if required.

Moreover, the candidate must have basic excel knowledge and ability to communicate to the customer's during the absence of the booking manager. This job involves meeting customers, cleaning duties and handling inventory of the housekeeping department. There is an added advantage if the candidate is able to communicate in English to the customer and is presentable to represent the organization in the absence of the seniors.



1. Checking of all the guest rooms before arrivals for maintenance issues and hygiene.

2. Prepare the rooming list based on the guest check-in for an event.

3. Departure Reconfirmation Calls to identify check out times.

4. Preparation of inventory list of all laundry, linen and housekeeping cleaning materials.

5. Ability to place order for all housekeeping requirement with vendors

6. Cleaning guest rooms on a timely manner.

7. Common Area Upkeep and Cleaning as and when required.

8. Property Tour for Guests that want to book the banquet hall for events.

9. Weekly cleaning checklist duties will be assigned to the candidate.

10. Ability to adhere to the standard operating procedures of the banquet hall.
