The Housekeeping Staff will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness within the premises. The role involves ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained to provide a safe and pleasant environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas (rooms, corridors, offices, washrooms, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness of washrooms, ensure regular replenishment of toiletries.
Collect and dispose of garbage/waste safely.
Ensure proper sanitization of frequently touched surfaces (doors, switches, handles, etc.).
Assist in setting up furniture/equipment for meetings or events as required.
Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Follow organizational hygiene and safety standards.
Support in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent (preferred).
Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience is an advantage.
Ability to handle cleaning equipment and materials.
Physically fit and able to perform tasks requiring moderate physical effort.
Good time management and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
