Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel standards.
Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities daily.
Replenish minibar and in-room supplies as required.
Handle guest laundry and linen requests promptly.
Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor immediately.
Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and materials.
Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
Follow hotel safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
Assist in cleaning public areas, offices, and back-of-house when required.
Ensure guest privacy and handle lost & found items per hotel policy.
Provide courteous and efficient service to all guests.
