The Housekeeper/Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness across office premises, work areas, restrooms, and common spaces to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize office areas, workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, and reception areas daily.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as required.
Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment regularly.
Empty waste bins and dispose of garbage in designated areas.
Maintain cleaning supplies and report any shortages or damages to the Admin Department.
Ensure washrooms are stocked with necessary hygiene products (tissue, soap, sanitizer, etc.).
Handle basic maintenance tasks or report any repair needs immediately.
Support in serving tea, coffee, or refreshments during meetings (if required).
Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain proper cleaning standards.
Assist in office arrangements during events or meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 8th Pass or equivalent.
Prior experience as a cleaner, janitor, or housekeeper preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment.
Physically fit and able to handle routine cleaning tasks.
Good sense of responsibility and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
