Key Responsibilities:1. Store Cleaning & Maintenance
Maintain overall cleanliness of the store, washrooms, and surrounding areas.
Ensure daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitization.
Keep display areas, counters, floors, and shelves clean at all times.
2. Rack Filling & Product Arrangement
Refill product racks on time to avoid stockouts on display.
Arrange products neatly as per category and store standards.
Check for damaged or expired products and report to the store supervisor.
3. Stock Loading & Unloading
Assist in loading and unloading stock during deliveries.
Shift goods to the storage area and help in proper stacking.
Maintain basic handling of inventory movement as guided by the store team.
4. Home Delivery Support
Perform home deliveries of products when required.
Ensure timely and safe delivery to customers.
Mandatory Requirements:
Must have a
Valid Driving Licence (DL)
.
Own Two-Wheeler
is mandatory for home-delivery duties.
Physically fit and able to lift moderate weight.
Basic understanding of cleanliness and store discipline.
Preferred Qualities:
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Ability to follow instructions and work with the store team.
Prior experience in retail/housekeeping will be an added advantage.

8000/- to 11000/-
