Quality Control:Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure cleaning meets high standards and to identify any issues or defects.
Compliance:Ensure that all staff follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and health and sanitation regulations.
Communication:Act as a point of contact between housekeeping staff and other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to coordinate cleaning and address room-related issues.
