Manage incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
Maintain and update records, files, and contact lists.
Assist with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks.
Monitor cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely cleaning and maintenance.
Keep track of office supplies, pantry stock, and household items.
Coordinate procurement of office inventory and kitchen/cleaning supplies.
Maintain inventory logs and update them regularly.
Support HR/Admin with small errands or office coordination tasks.
Report any maintenance or facility issues to the appropriate department.
