To ensure the office is clean, organized, and that day-to-day support tasks are carried out efficiently to help staff function smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea/coffee and water to staff and visitors as required.
Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including desks, meeting rooms, pantry etc.
Handle daily dusting, sweeping, and mopping of all office areas.
Ensure the availability of pantry and hygiene supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, tissues, sanitizer, etc.).
Run office errands such as going to the bank, post office, or other external visits as directed.
Handle photocopying, filing, and other basic administrative support tasks.
Assist with shifting office materials or setting up rooms for meetings.
Collect and distribute mail or packages within the office.
Support staff with minor tasks as needed.
Should have own 2 wheeler
Key Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass preferred
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
Skills:
Punctual and reliable
Basic understanding of hygiene and office etiquette
Ability to follow instructions and multitask
Courteous and presentable
