Ensure all amenities are stocked and in excellent condition.
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
Follow cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelines.
Provide exceptional service and attention to detail.
Cart Management
Assist with sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and textiles.
Ensure guest room security and respect guest privacy and belongings.
