We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join No.18 Hotel, Fort Kochi. The ideal candidates will ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and service areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained, maintaining the hotel's premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and tidy guest rooms, washrooms, corridors, and public spaces. Change linens, replenish towels, and stock guest amenities as per standards. Report maintenance issues or damaged items immediately. Handle guest requests in a polite, timely manner. Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed. Support laundry operations as required. Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies properly. Work closely with the housekeeping supervisor and management team.

Requirements

Prior housekeeping experience in hotels preferred (not mandatory). Good communication and positive attitude. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Physically fit to handle cleaning and lifting tasks. Ready to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
