Housekeeper of this restaurant isn't just about maintaining cleanliness, they uplift the hygiene standards of the restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A good restaurant housekeeper is much more than just a friendly face that helps in maintaining the restaurant area clean and ready to welcome the customers. They set standards of high quality of hygiene. Their basic responsibility includes:

1. Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and properly set up for the day's service.

2. Other areas of the restaurant is cleaned and properly arranged.

3. Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms.

4. Assist stewards and other staff in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards.

5. Promptly clean the table, chairs, and side station.

8. Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards throughout the shift.

9. Oversee the cleaning and closing of the dining area, ensuring everything is secure and prepared for the next shift/day.

Skills Required:

1. Good behaviour.

2. General understanding of housekeeping equipment.

3. Collaborate seamlessly with other staffs, ensuring smooth service and cleaning process.

5. Previous experience of housekeeper will be highly recommended.
