Job Description

The Household Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations within a private residence or estate. This role ensures that all household tasks are performed to a high standard, manages domestic staff, and supports the homeowners' preferences and routines with discretion and efficiency.

Supervise, schedule, and train household staff (e.g., housekeepers, cooks, nannies, drivers). Ensure the home is clean, organized, and maintained according to high standards. Oversee laundry care, wardrobe management, and proper handling of fine garments. Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for repairs, deliveries, and services. Manage household inventories and order supplies as needed. Plan and coordinate formal and informal events within the home. Monitor security systems and ensure overall safety of the residence. Handle household budgets, petty cash, and expense tracking (if required). Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
