Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily household operations and ensure smooth functioning
Manage and supervise domestic staff (maids, drivers, cooks, security, gardeners, etc.)
Maintain housekeeping, hygiene, and overall presentation of the residence
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and utilities
Monitor inventory and procure household supplies as required
Ensure timely payment of utility bills and service charges
Supervise security arrangements and ensure safety protocols
Handle guest arrangements and special events when required
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Report regularly to the employer/family on household matters
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role
Good knowledge of household operations and staff management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to coordinate with vendors and service providers
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
Trustworthy, discreet, and well-groomed personality
Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in villas, high-end residences, or corporate guest houses
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
Familiarity with budgeting and expense tracking
