We are seeking a dynamic, highly experienced, and discreet House Manager to take full ownership of the operations and management of a distinguished private residence for a reputed business family. This role demands impeccable organizational abilities, refined interpersonal skills, and a service-first mindset. The successful candidate will be adept at managing household staff, coordinating logistics, overseeing property upkeep, and delivering exceptional hospitality with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Household Operations & Property Maintenance
Ensure flawless, day-to-day functioning of the residence, maintaining an atmosphere of order, cleanliness, and comfort.
Oversee and manage all household staff (housekeepers, chefs, drivers, gardeners, etc.), including recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance management.
Supervise property upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance, ensuring premium standards at all times.
Liaise with trusted vendors, contractors, and service providers for both routine and urgent requirements.
Staff & Vendor Management
Recruit, train, and retain high-caliber household personnel aligned with the family's service expectations.
Manage procurement of all household essentials, maintaining well-organized inventories for groceries, cleaning supplies, and consumables.
Track and optimize household expenses, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Hospitality & Event Coordination
Plan, coordinate, and execute private functions, formal dinners, and high-profile gatherings at the residence.
Oversee all event logistics including menu planning, decor, floral arrangements, valet, and guest management.
Maintain impeccable etiquette, privacy, and service excellence during all hosted events.
Travel & Packing Assistance
Prepare travel kits and luggage for domestic and international itineraries, tailored to destination, climate, and occasion.
Coordinate with the MD's office to align travel plans, transfers, and personal requirements.
Ensure inclusion of medical kits, accessories, and all personal essentials for each trip.
Garden & Landscape Oversight
Supervise the maintenance of tropical gardens, palms, and ornamental plants.
Ensure watering, pest control, and seasonal upkeep are meticulously adhered to.
Maintain the aesthetic and visual appeal of all outdoor and indoor greenery.
Pet Care Management
Oversee the well-being, nutrition, and hygiene of household pets.
Maintain vaccination records, schedule veterinary visits, and coordinate grooming and supplies.
Administrative & Coordination Duties
Act as the primary liaison between the household and the MD's Executive Office for calendars, travel briefings, and personal arrangements.
Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
Prepare detailed monthly household expenditure reports as required.
Ensure seamless household operations even during the principal's absence.
