Supervise daily household activities and staff (cleaners, cooks, gardeners, security personnel, etc.)
Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and organization of the property.
Manage laundry, linen, and inventory of household supplies.
Maintenance:
Conduct routine checks of all facilities and systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
Coordinate with maintenance personnel and external vendors for repairs and servicing.
Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and service contracts.
Staff & Vendor Management:
Monitor attendance and performance of household staff.
Assign duties and provide training as needed.
Liaise with external service providers (catering, pest control, maintenance companies).
Security & Safety:
Ensure safety measures are followed within the premises.
Monitor security systems (CCTV, alarms) and coordinate with security staff.
Maintain emergency protocols and first-aid readiness.
Hospitality & Guest Management:
Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Arrange for guest accommodation, meals, and other needs.
Budget & Inventory:
Maintain inventory of household items, groceries, and supplies.
Handle petty cash and keep records of expenses.
Assist in budgeting and cost control for the house.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
