Key Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the overall functioning of the residence, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation across the property.
Conduct regular inspections of the residence to ensure upkeep and readiness at all times.
Staff Management
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise household staff including housekeeping, butlers, drivers, security, and other support staff.
Define roles, responsibilities, and duty rosters for all staff members.
Monitor staff performance, discipline, attendance, and grooming standards.
Act as the primary point of escalation for staff-related matters.
Guest & Service Management
Ensure high-quality service delivery for family members and guests.
Coordinate special occasions, events, and gatherings at the residence.
Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
Vendor & Facility Management
Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, repairs, AMC contracts, and services.
Supervise work related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and interior maintenance.

Inventory & Budget Control
