to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private apartment in Walkeshwar, Malabar Hills, Mumbai. The role requires strong staff management, vendor coordination, and attention to detail to ensure smooth household functioning.
Key Responsibilities

Household Operations & Team Management
Supervise household staff and manage daily schedules and shifts
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service
Oversee laundry, wardrobe, and guest hospitality arrangements
Train staff on etiquette and household protocols
Monitor staff performance and ensure discipline
Coordinate driver schedules and vehicle usage
Maintain household SOPs and manuals
Manage operations during festive and high-guest days
Ensure kitchen hygiene standards
Coordinate child and elder care staff

Maintenance, Vendors & Administration
Conduct daily property walk-throughs
Coordinate maintenance vendors and AMC follow-ups
Source, negotiate, and manage vendors
Handle inventory and household stock management
Coordinate local market purchases
Manage household budgets, petty cash, and expense tracking
Oversee utility and bill payments
Ensure security protocol compliance
Coordinate deep cleaning activities
Track gas supply and essential services
Supervise renovation and repair work
Oversee car servicing and vehicle maintenance
