The House Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned office or residence, ensuring efficient staff management, proper maintenance, effective cost control, and consistently high standards of safety, hygiene, and hospitality.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the office/household to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Manage, supervise, and coordinate domestic and support staff.
Ensure timely maintenance, repairs, and overall upkeep of the property, equipment, and facilities.
Handle office/household budgeting, expenses, and basic financial record-keeping.
Manage procurement, inventory control, and coordination with vendors and service providers.
Coordinate guests, meetings, and events as required.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hygiene standards at all times.
Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
Provide regular updates and reports to the management regarding operations and requirements.

Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
