We are seeking an experienced and highly organized House Manager to oversee daily household operations and ensure smooth functioning of all activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage staff and resources efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the residence to maintain a high standard of service.
Supervise and coordinate household staff (housekeepers, cooks, drivers, security, etc.).
Maintain inventory of household supplies and manage procurement.
Handle scheduling, staff rosters, and vendor coordination.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the property.
Manage budgets, petty cash, and household expenses.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and special events.
Handle household guests and ensure hospitality standards are met.
Maintain confidentiality and security at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a House Manager or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficiency in basic computer skills (emails, spreadsheets, record keeping).
Trustworthy, professional, and well-groomed demeanor.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred (Hospitality/Management background is a plus).
Salary:
As per industry standards and experience.
