Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities

Household Administration
Oversee daily household operations across departments (housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, service, gardening, chauffeurs, security).
Develop and implement
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for residence upkeep, service standards, and guest management.
Manage household budgets, petty cash, vendor payments, and inventory control.
Supervise staff scheduling, uniforms, grooming, and ongoing training.

Family & Guest Services
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Principal/Family and staff.
Coordinate guest arrivals, stays, and departures with seamless discretion.
Ensure the home atmosphere is always ready for entertaining, from table setup to floral arrangements.
Handle event coordination -- private dinners, small gatherings, or festive functions.

Property Management
Oversee property maintenance schedules, utility checks, and contractor coordination.
