Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness of all assigned areas such as offices, restrooms, corridors, and common areas. Ensures a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize office areas, workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and pantry.
Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures.
Refill and maintain cleaning supplies and toiletries.
Dispose of garbage and waste properly.
Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.
Report maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) to the supervisor.
Assist in arranging furniture or preparing meeting areas when needed.
Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Support in serving water, tea, or refreshments during meetings (if required).
Ensure all cleaning and housekeeping activities are completed as per schedule.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum education: 8th / 10th standard (preferred).
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment.
Good hygiene, discipline, and time management.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
