Oversee and manage hospital housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, safe, and infection-free environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff.
Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
Enforce safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
Address and resolve housekeeping-related complaints.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Experience in hospital or healthcare housekeeping management preferred; strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills required.
