We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
House Hold Purchase
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring high-quality house hold items (Lights, Heavy, Household products) at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers for LHH category items.
Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms to achieve cost savings.
Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse for replenishment.
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements and specifications.
Track market trends and new product availability in the LHH category.
Resolve discrepancies related to deliveries, quality, or invoices.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum
2 years
experience in procurement/purchasing .
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP purchasing systems.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
